In an effort to ensure each customer’s success with our machines, we maintain a testing center where you can have your very own recipes tested for quality. There is absolutely NO FEE for this service! Our experienced technicians will provide confidential results, which can be used to confirm equipment selection, tooling, sizing and optional accessories.

The goal of Factory Accepted Testing (F.A.T.) is to demonstrate the machine, identify and solve any problems at the factory, where the cost and time investment of doing so is much less than in the field. We run each piece of equipment to ensure the system / machine is manufactured 100% to your satisfaction. F.A.T. also gives you an opportunity to become familiar with the machine, its operation and production capabilities.
