We’re cooking up something delicious today as we host our 5th Rep Training here in our test kitchen in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. And when I say we, I really mean Chef Alex! Arcobaleno is joined today by Kitchen Resource Group’s, Ryan Morris, Ron & Mike Cowan from Cowan Industries, Velkey Associates including Mark Wolfe, Rick Mason and Willie Anderson, and Dave Voeller from Voeller Associates. Their in depth training began with an AEX18 demonstration featuring Zucca. And of course followed by a delectable dish with braised mushrooms. The team proceeded to the lasagna die demonstrated by Jim Markee, followed by a delicious Radiatori dish with broccoli rabe and sausage.
