Master Chef Wolfgang Puck (shown on left) celebrated 25 years catering the award winners and nominees at the 2019 Oscars Governors Ball! On February 24, 2019 Wolfgang Puck and his team at Wolfgang Puck Catering prepared over 70 different dishes to be served to the stars. With a kitchen staff of 200, the menu was brought to life including amuse-bouch, hors d’oeuvres, small plates, raw bar, exquisite desserts and so much more.
This year he included several vegan dishes, including a fresh made pasta dish extruded on the Arcobaleno AEX18 Pasta Extruder. The small pasta plate featured Fresh Torchio Pasta, Arugula, Tomato, Caper Berries, Aleppo Pepper, Black Olive Oil and Basil Flower. His idea was to “have all small plates, so it’s very amazing that you can come and eat like a tasting menu in the finest restaurants in the world!”
