“A Rock and Roll Pasta Bar”

In late January, Cry Baby Pasta opened it’s doors in Philadelphia’s Queen Village. Owner Bridget Foy calls it a “Rock and roll pasta bar! A place where you can let your hair down and be yourself, share dishes, find something for everyone.”

Cry Baby Pasta’s foundation is based on everything being made from scratch, from pasta to bread and pastries! The main anchor being house made pasta using the Arcobaleno AEX18 Pasta Extruder. After being inspired on a trip to Italy, several additions were added to the menu such as Tortellini with pork and parmesan filling and Tagliatelle Bolognese. They also include the classic dish, Cacio Pepe! Whether you’re in the mood for Spaghetti, Orrechiette, Rigatoni, Tagliatelle or Campanelle – their vast selection of fresh pasta has something for everyone and is quite the crowd pleaser!
