Anthony Lombardo, the Chef and owner of SheWolf Pastificio (@shewolfdetroit) goes deeper with his pasta program. They mill their own flour in-house for its pastas. Pasta is extruded in a glass-encased room in full view of the dining room. When in Detroit, Michigan make sure to stop by for a plate of delicious 🍝
